Service
Road Balance is a trucking recordkeeping and income-tracking application designed to organize loads, mileage, expenses, receipts, statements and related work and financial information.
AI-assisted processing
AI-assisted document processing reduces manual entry. Extracted information may be incomplete or inaccurate. Users are responsible for reviewing information before relying on it or saving it as final.
Calculations
Metrics are calculated from information available in your account and application rules. Results depend on the completeness and accuracy of underlying data.
Tax Summary
Road Balance provides recordkeeping, calculations and organizational tools. Tax Summary helps organize information and is not a substitute for individualized tax, accounting or legal advice.
Your records
You retain ownership of records and content you add. You grant MD Key LLC only the rights necessary to host, process, analyze, display and export that content to provide Road Balance.
Account security and acceptable use
Protect your account access. Do not attempt to access another user's data, bypass security, interfere with the service or use it unlawfully.
Subscriptions
Subscription and billing terms will be added to match the actual Free/Pro offering before paid subscriptions are activated. Cancelling a subscription and deleting an account are separate actions.
Account deletion
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
