MD Key LLC operates Road Balance. Road Balance stores account and app data using Supabase cloud infrastructure. Private storage is used for uploaded receipts and driver statements.
Information we process
Account/profile information; loads, mileage, work and pay records; business expenses and personal road spending; receipts; driver statements and extracted statement information; and information you provide to support.
How we use it
To authenticate users, provide Road Balance features, store and display records, calculate metrics, process documents, provide exports, support users, secure the service and comply with law.
AI-assisted document processing
When you choose receipt scanning or driver-statement processing, the document is sent through Road Balance backend services to OpenAI for AI-assisted extraction. Documents are not sent for AI document processing unless you use a feature that requires it.
Access and sharing
Other Road Balance users cannot access your private account data. Authorized administrative access is restricted to operating, securing, troubleshooting or supporting Road Balance, processing your requests, or legal requirements. MD Key LLC does not sell your personal, trucking or financial data.
Deletion
You can permanently delete your Road Balance account and associated user data. Account deletion cannot be undone and deleted accounts cannot be restored.
